Thulsi, you have mastered so many of the skills needed for moral leadership. I love the idea of “unconcious competence”. You really are talking about building a culture of leadership, no? Aravind asks everyone of its employees to move at once from head and heart, focusing on delivering the highest quality of healthcare with a commtiment to efficiency and also to human dignity. The world has much to learn. And yes, it may mean that scaling happense more slowly, though the Aravind has been replicated around the world. But culture matters. And how we build this ethos must be one of the most important tasks facing all of us in our shared world today.
