This is where it feels more important than ever to build a community of moral leaders who help remove structures that constrain the freedom of individuals to flourish. Systems have remained in place because they have worked for people in one way or another — and change is difficult. It is why I’m so moved by the leaders I meet who have the courage and persistence — and compassion — to reject the status quo and create a more equitable world.
