This is beautiful and honest, a searching for what it means to be a leader. I think we get it all wrong when we assume that we should have the or even any answers at a given moment. What if we instead focused on gaining a mastery of the skills and traits of moral leadership? Tafadzwa, I have seen you interact with low-income women in India, asking questions about themselves with curiosity and humility. This is where it starts.

You have pointed in the direction of your North Star and you’ve started the work. You are asking the questions. Now, it is to you to let the work teach you. To try and sometimes fail and to get up again and t learn to forgive yourself when it feels like you are splashing around rather than making ripples or waves. As you said, in time, by connecting to a community of trust and staying to the course, not you individually but we collectively will build the world we dare to dream.
